US domestic shipping

Free shipping over $100. 

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days, and will arrive in 2 - 3 business days after shipped (United States Post Office). In the case an item is out of stock, you will be notified. 

Certain pieces are created when the item is ordered. If this is the case, please allow for extra time on delivery. If you order items with different availability times, your order will be shipped when all items are available. 

Chenau Jewelry has no control over, nor any responsibility for, any packages once they have given to the shipping company. The shipping company is solely responsible for delivery. Chenau is not responsible for packages that are lost, not delivered due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or when your mailbox is full. If the package is returned, you are responsible for the shipping cost to reship the merchandise. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claims with the shipping company for any damaged or missing packages, or any packages delivered to a wrong address. 

On a case-by-case basis, Chenau Jewelry might assist you on your claim by providing information and/or proof of necessary items.

International shipping

All orders shipping internationally are subject to additional shipping charges based on taxes, tariffs and duties put into place by that country.


Returns

Every piece of Chenau jewelry is intended to bring joy to the wearer. If for any reason the work is not amenable to the wearer’s needs, please contact the shop for resolution. 

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the responsibility of you the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. If defect is found, it is your responsibility to contact us right away so that we can correct the issue immediately. Goods damaged due to buyer’s negligence will not be accepted for a refund.

If a return is decided upon between Chenau and the client, that return must be in unused condition and with all the original packaging including all tags, jewelry cards/tags, and boxes within 30 days. Please keep your receipt for your records as well as the business card. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR MERCHANDISE RETURNED IN A USED OR DAMAGED CONDITION.

Shipping cost of a return is not covered and shipping charges are not refundable. It is recommended that returns be sent by U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. It is also recommended that returns be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise and a tracking number be obtained for your package. 


How To Prepare A Return

1. Package Your Return. Re-pack your item in the manner it was sent to you. Include all original packaging and collateral material. You may be liable for any item not returned from the original shipment. For security reasons, do not write Chenau Jewelry anywhere on the outside of the package.

2. Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you’re returning is listed as:

* Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.

* More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached Chenau Jewelry.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

You must follow these instructions exactly. Failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. 

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days, unless otherwise notified. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized, or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.

Chenau Jewelry reserves the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.


Gift cards

Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Promotions and other special offers may not be used to purchase a gift card. No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a gift card. Chenau Jewelry will not replace lost or stolen gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase. Gift cards cannot be purchased or redeemed outside of the United States.
